S5+ devices are equipped with advanced features like driver recognition, online account access, and remote immobilization, meeting Thatcham’s highest standards.
Tested to Thatcham S5 standards, the SmarTrack 5+ utilizes GPS/GLONASS, GPRS, and GSM tech. With internal battery backup, it functions independently of the vehicle’s power. Monitoring battery voltage, ignition status, and driver recognition ensure security. In case of theft, remote immobilization can be initiated upon police request.
Driver Recognition: Smartrack S5 and S5+ devices meet S5 Thatcham criteria, requiring driver verification. This can be through the D-iD mobile app or a physical Driver Detection card.
Secure Online Account: Access full vehicle location history and current data via an online account and mobile app. Features include Geofences and data reports.
Global Telemetrics App: View real-time location information using the Global Telemetrics app on Android/Apple devices.
Remote Immobilisation: S5+ devices feature remote immobilization. Upon theft, police authorization can trigger immobilization through the Global Telemetrics Secure Control Centre.
Optional Alarm Input: Connect an aftermarket alarm to the tracking device. If triggered, the Secure Control Centre ensures vehicle safety, pending confirmation from the installation company.

| Lifetime of vehicle ownership subscription:
Duration of vehicle ownership will cover you for the length of time you own the vehicle from installation.
